Job Title : SAS Migration Specialist Location : Reston, VA Duration : 4 Months 5+ years of experience with SAS programming on UNIX environment. 5+ years of experience with Shell / Perl script programming on UNIX environment 3 - 5 years of experience with SAS development in SAS Grid environment. Experience in using SAS/Access interface to various RDBMS including DB2, Oracle, Sybase, SQL Server. Should be able to migrate Autosys jobs, create and update Jil/Runbooks. Experience with SAS Stored Process development in SAS EBI environment. Experience with source code management using GIT. Experience in workload automation / job scheduling using Autosys. Experience in preparing the SAS Macros. Migration from SAS 9.2 to SAS 9.4 is preferred. Experience using SAS Migration tool as well as partial promotions of metadata. Responsible for preparing the Transition documentation. Responsible for Code check-in/checkout & version control. Experience in working SAS/EBI tools is plus. Syncsort, R, Matlab experience will be a huge plus. *Skills and Competence:* Strong communication skills with the ability to report status and progress to management team Accustomed to steep learning curves & adapting to new technologies quickly Ability to work independently Prior Freddie Mac SAS development experience is preferred. Should be able to handle multiple applications and work as a team player and individual contributor.
