*Need a CFA / FRM with Regulatory Reporting (Basel 3 / Dodd Frank)
experience*

The *Regulatory Change Analyst* will work within Operations Change Group as
part of the Global Regulatory Change Management team and will be
responsible for *CTB Business Analysis & Reference Data* activities
associated with the Regulatory Change portfolio. Specific focus for this
role is to support data analysis activities as part of that portfolio and
the support to the regulatory project managers

Duties include but are not limited to:

·         Business analysis and problem solving

·         Process review & evaluation. Understanding key components of
demands faced by the data processing function and data consumers and
articulating input into change projects to support the implementation of
new Regulations.

·         Supporting the delivery of new systems and system enhancements
for the team - requirements, analysis & UAT

·         Supporting the RTB processing team in terms of analytical and
technical support, service management, process implementation, transition
and change management

·         Analysing complex data sets to identify affected or in-scope
populations for new Regulations.

·         Applying Legal guidance to data-sets to identify populations for
further review

·         Preparing concise project status updates and materials for a
senior audience

·         Maintaining and developing relationships with key Stakeholders /
data consumers, representing function amongst Operational peers embracing
Data Quality principles and client service.

·         Understanding key components of issues faced by data processing
function and data consumers and articulating input into change projects to
support the implementation of new Regulations.

*Specific skills/experience required:*
The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, presentation
and communication skills and experience in working in a Change team as well
as an appetite to work in a dynamic environment.

·         Experience in analysing/manipulating large volumes of data to
identify anomalies

·         Ability to use tools such as Access & Excel to manage &
manipulate large volumes of data

·         Ability to prepare structured PowerPoint presentations

·         A good understanding of Data flows, data mapping and systems
infrastructure

·         Understanding of Client & Account data incl. Client
On-boarding/KYC processes

·         Understanding of data distribution/interfacing methods &
technologies

·         High attention to detail and effective communication skills

Requirements

·         A graduate with a good honours degree

·         Business analysis competencies

·         Experience in analysing large volumes of data to identify
anomalies

·         Excel, Access, *SQL* Skills a distinct advantage

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·         Organized and well structured

·         Analytical with strong problem solving ability

·         Strong prioritization and time management skills

·         Strong computer literacy
