environment management including CI and gating of B&D. * *· UAT/LOB Support * The testing scope for CPO/CBO will cover the following: *Shared Services:* • Test Management (Test Model, Traceability, Execution, Defect Management, Reporting) • Test Data Conditioning • Test Environment Support/Interface Test Coordination *Test Execution & Expectations:* *Scrum Execution* • Validation of Story Acceptance criteria (including user story, tech story, DPS/GWS stories etc.) • Participating in Story grooming and desk checks with BSA, Dev, dCE, ADA partners. • Creating gherkin to provide Unit Test & CI support to Scrum developers. • Maintaining and executing scrum automated functional test suite using the javascript-gherkin-webdriver based in house automation framework. • Performing ADA focus order and keyboard tests prior to ADA handover. • Creating a scrum-IST handover documentation for all stories. *Internationalization / Content Management (Including Spanish)* · Validation of all externalized and managed content on CPO/CBO (English and Spanish). · Automate the content validation process by verifying the content json received from Adobe AEM server against the editorial requirements. *Integrated System Testing (IST)* · Create & execute Integrated & end to end system test scripts for all functional and tech stories delivered in prior Sprint (including device and cross browser certifications). · Own and execute system regression, release certification, test-only cross impact certification etc · Create and maintain automated CPO/CBO core-regression test suite using gherkin-javascript-webdriver based in house test automation framework. *Test Automation (including framework development)* · Enhance and maintain the current test automation framework which provides a full lifecycle framework for BDD driven test and execution of tests across multiple browser/OS capabilities. · Enable continuous integration within scrum teams, data provisioning & virtualization to enable detached testing of the CPO/CBO platform. · Work with Core-BSA to develop a solution to consume component spec changes automatically into the gherkin. *Accessibility Testing * · Certify CPO/CBO pages against the WCAG 2.0 criteria. · Validation of site accessibility using tools and expertise like JAWS, contrast analyzers, code inspections, html validations etc. · Perform ADA desk checks with Dev & design teams to identify issues early in the process. *Analytics Testing* · Validate the end-to-end analytics solution from the browser to the reporting dashboards. · Validate transactional, behavioral & attitudinal data has been captured appropriately from server side client into Insight. · Evaluate data aggregation in Greenplum from various sources and KPI validation in Tableu dashboard. · Use tools, interfaces and 3rd party apps like Ensighten, browser event triggering, voice of customer integration, server side toolkit, third party listeners, Insight client, Greenplum etc. *Data Engineering and Data Ingestion * · Validate all data engineering aspects of CPO/CBO including – Multi POD, data migration & routing to correct geo-POD, migration rollback, POD directory services & directory synchronization, user’s trace activities, alerts synchronization, global routing, data migration scripts validation etc. · Developing and maintaining the data engineering automation testing framework. *Visual QA* · Certification of the CPO/CBO build as defined in the wireframes and associated design library patterns. · Test the CPO/CBO pages (desktop & devices) for alignment, usage of blueUI controls, font/text styling, redlines (padding), browsers, Spanish layout crosschecks etc. *Test Data Provisioning* · Request data (Home, Cards, Auto, DDA etc.) through CAST and perform required conditioning to suit the test needs in the required regions. · Automatically setup and provision data after each ER repoint. *SLA:* · Traceability, test case efficiency and requirements to code coverage - 100% · Defect identification quality (valid bugs identified % of the time) - Not to exceed 10% Rejection rates · Test plan quality and strategy will require no more than 2 reviews · Defects will be reported within a specified time window by severity -
