Experience leading projects in a managed services / professional services environment a plus. - Experience in business process consulting defining unique project strategies while including customer dependencies into the methodology. - Experience managing multiple project work streams involving content analysis & implementation, data integration, system installation, and content & system customization all a plus. - Experience with banking and lending software & workflows a big plus. - Prefer candidates with a consulting mentality: --------Strong client interaction and problem solving skills. --------Must be collaborative, poised and professional with strong presentation & negotiation skills. --------Strong problem solver in the absence of structured process. --------Ability to grasp problems that aren't necessarily in the book, and devise elegant solutions. --------Prefer the mindset that "failure is not an option" proactively ensuring the project succeeds in spite of all roadblocks. - Experience working with customers to develop custom software and content requirements based on industry regulation. - High-level technical knowledge and exposure to include n-tier application architecture, load balancing, securing data and content, application server & cloud hosting and SAN storage a plus. - Experience authoring Statements of Work, project charters, project plans (including resource allocation, schedule and dependencies), risk / issue logging, communication planning / status reporting, project close-out, and transition planning.. - Experience tracking project budget and project performance against that budget. - Experience setting up internal and external collaboration using SharePoint a plus. - Experience using TFS a plus. - PMP certification a plus. - Mitigate team conflict and communication issues. - Demonstrated consulting experience with a Professional Services organization preferred. - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or working to obtain certification in a timeframe agreed upon with your manager.
