Hello, We are currently looking for “*SAP CS (Customer Service) Consultant” *and your profile appears to be a good match. Please find the Job description below and contact me at your earliest possible convenience. *Role: SAP CS (Customer Service) Consultant* *Duration: **6+ Months* *Location: **Naples, FL * *Required:* · supporting the aftermarket services function (SAP CS module) with a focus on deliverables - on schedule. · SAP knowledge with interfacing modules such as SD/FI/CO/MM · Excellent understanding of service business processes. · Ability to map business requirements into SAP and corresponding SAP best practices. · Expertise in the areas of service notification/service orders/inhouse repairs/preventive maintenance/refurbishment flows/warranty entitlement · Should be able to provide detailed functional specs and update the required configuration documents & also prepare test cases · Provide business analysis and process redesign expertise in one or more functional areas (FI, MM and Sales etc )within the enterprise specifically in the analysis, and redesign, of SAP functions and processes · Communicate SAP capabilities/possibilities within CS module · Customize SAP functionality to satisfy business requirements and business process design · Prepare business specifications for reports · Formulate and define application scope and objectives and devise/modify procedures to solve business problems · Develop familiarity with production operations, as well as established priorities and sequences for processes · Develop business relationships and integrate activities with other IT areas to ensure successful implementation and support project efforts. · Lead small sub-projects or regularly coach other project personnel to ensure business application systems are developed in away that complies with architectural standards and established methodologies and best practices. · Foster and maintain good relationships with customers and IT colleagues to meet expected customer service levels. · Monitor and report to management on the status of project efforts, anticipating/identifying issues that inhibit the attainment of project goals and implementing corrective actions. · Experience and knowledge of key integration points between SAP modules · Proven ability to meet deadlines and successfully complete of deliverable · Ability to analyze problems and provide clear recommendations · Strong ability to work in an open and collaborative team environment · Customer service-focused with strong desire to excel · Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
