Please send me your resumes to [email protected] LOCATION: Dallas TX DURATION:5-6 Months—contract ROLE: DW/BI Production support(Hadoop) Job description • Provide production support services for software applications that provide business units or supporting functions with critical data from the Enterprise Data Warehouse. • These applications may involve diverse platforms, software, hardware, technologies and tools including, but not limited to, Hadoop, Teradata and Mainframe technologies. Responsibilities: • Responsibilities include Problem/Incident Management, Release/Deployment, Operational Readiness, Capacity/Availability Management, Application Monitoring, Service Analytics and Reporting, Production Governance, Triage, Change/Configuration Management, etc. • May provide technical direction and system architecture advice for individual initiatives. • Serves as a fully seasoned/proficient technical resource. • Will not have direct reports but will lead production support activities, and direct the activities of teams related to special initiatives or operational improvement efforts. • May collaborate with external programmers to coordinate delivery of software • Primary Skill Hadoop If you are not available, kindly refer someone, if suitable for the requirement.
