Familiarity gathering requirements for use in engagement of vendor-developed solutions. Analysis, problem solving and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office, with focus on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience creating and managing a project or preferably enterprise process to ensure change control.
