*Experience & Core Skillsets*



   - Excellent technical and advance knowledge of Windows Server 2008-2012.
   - Familiarity with remote support and other diagnostic tools to identify
   computing issues
   - Have the ability to multi-task and maintain consistency in a
   fast-paced environment
   - Demonstrate proactive thinking in order to minimize subsequent
   end-users issues
   - Technical knowledge of current networking protocols, operating
   systems, & upcoming advances in technology
   - Advanced level software troubleshooting
   - *Familiarity with VMware *
   - Knowledge of enterprise level disaster recovery technology, to include
   storage replication
   - Ability to operate with minimal supervision, prioritize work-load,
   other assigned tasks, learn new, technical product information quickly and
   demonstrate the ability to meet current AgFirst operating level agreements
   - Strong time management and problem solving skills
   - Customer-focused with excellent people facing skills and speaks
   positively to customers while providing support
   - Maintain and document guidelines, standards, processes and procedures
   in relation to the computing environment





*Backup/Restore Support*



Systems Administrators are expected to have a deep understanding of
enterprise level backup and restore products and procedures*.  AgFirst uses
EMC Avamar for remote backup/restore, and Symantec NetBackup for local
server operations.  The candidate should have at least 5 years of
experience with these products.  Administration includes creating new
backup jobs, assisting users in data restores, and creating reports for
management to show system usage and capacity.  *







*System Center 2007|2013 - Administration and Support*



Systems Administrators are expected to have a broad knowledge base and
become skilled experts on the bank's MS System Center Configuration Manager
and System Center Operations Manager. Experience should include 5 years of
experience with these products.  Expectations will include administration
of the System Center infrastructure, to include package deployment,
inventory reporting, troubleshooting, and hosting server administration,
along with alert tuning in Operations Manager.



*Lync Administration and Support*



Systems Administrators are expected to have administrative experience with
Microsoft Lync, including system administration, performance tuning, and
troubleshooting.
