Title : Business Analyst Location : Mooresville, NC Duration : 6+Months Requirement: Infrastructure Technical Writing, Process Documentation, Requirements Gathering This position provides analytical support to a project or department. Under the guidance of a team leader, responsible for collecting and researching data, performing analysis, providing recommendations and presenting results. Provide leadership to the project team for moderately complex and highly complex projects with large scopes. Provide guidance and mentorship to Business Analyst I Serve as a liaison between the internal/external business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs. Translate business requirements into functional specifications for the IT organization, manage changes to such specifications, and educate the IT organization on the direction of the business. Organize, lead, and facilitate cross-entity, enterprise-wide initiatives that will encompass an end to end analysis Responsible for all communication, requirements gathering and documentation of assigned projects. Develop root cause analysis and business case for proposed solutions and process improvements Establish standards for measuring performance against process requirements Align projects to management strategy Produce new process improvement techniques and services Develop metrics that provide data for process management indicators for future improvement opportunities.
