Position : QA Team Lead (SAP) Location : Atlanta, GA Duration : 3 - 6 Months *Need Green Card and US Citizens Only* *Skills and Experience required:* - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline; or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in software quality engineering with an emphasis on the practical application of testing methodologies and theory. - Functional knowledge of SAP and HP Testing tools - Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office products with an emphasis on MS Excel and working knowledge of MS Project Server reporting and extraction. - Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams. - Experience in C++, VB Script or other object oriented programming languages. - Documented experience managing SAP testing projects. - Comprehensive functional knowledge in any of the major SAP business processes (OTC, PTP, RTR, HCM, etc.) - Experience performing data analysis within an on-shore outsourcing delivery model with a focus on Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance reporting and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) - Demonstrable functional knowledge of performance and load testing. - Documented success within the Railroad industry.
