Troubleshoots, debugs and implements software code. · May require a bachelor’s degree in a related area and at least 3-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area. · Has knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field (i.e., SQL, C++, HTML, CGI and JavaScript). · Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. · Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision; typically reports to a project leader or manager. · A certain degree of creativity and latitude required. Position Requirements: · Provides general support and enhancements for clients’s suite of GIS applications, including troubleshooting, maintenance, gathering requirements, and coding enhancements. · Must have experience with the Intergraph G/Technology platform deployed in a citrix environment. · Capabilities include creation of new feature and symbols, legends, placement routines, and custom commands. · Advanced understanding of G/Technology best practices, architecture, and performance maintenance. · Experience in developing and supporting interfaces using a variety of platforms. · Experience with Oracle databases, PL/SQL, .Net, and other development tools. · Knowledge of additional GIS related applications (ESRI, GE) is a plus.
