I have following requirement, please reply me back with profile along with rate expectation. I need a business Analyst with strong *Agile* experience and experience in the Hospitality industry (Cruise, Air, Hotel, Car, On-line travel provider). Experience in the Cruise Line Industry is a Homerun! *Candidates must have at least two years of Hospitality experience to be considered.* This will start as a one year contract and roll over to a two year contract. It is an on-going need for them. This will be a phone interview and Skype to hire. Carnival Cruise Lines is one of the premiere IT installations in Florida. (www.carnival.com). *Business Analyst, Hospitality, Agile* *Duration* – 1 year+ *Manager Notes - * - 5 + years of experience assigned to agile projects as Business Analyst and/or Product Owner (in many instances these are one in the same) - Superb oral and written communication skills (would like to see samples of work, desensitized) - Hospitality Industry experience (i.e. cruise, air, hotel, car, online travel provider, etc…) *Additional notes –* - Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills The IT Business Analyst must be proficient in performing core tasks in the requirements management process including: · Elicit project relevant requirements and business rules using various techniques (interviews, workshops, brainstorming, questionnaires) · Organize and document requirements in accordance with industry standards (Vision, Business Requirements Document, Use Case, Product Backlog, User Story) · Manage the review and approval of requirements with project team members and stakeholders · Control, analyze and communicate approved changes to requirements through the software development lifecycle The IT Business Analyst will be required to perform other tasks which include: · Business process modeling and process reengineering · Evaluate (third party) software and hardware as potential solutions when applicable · Other job related functions as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: Education: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical business experience is required. Business Analyst and Scrum professional certifications are a plus. Experience: A minimum of 5 years of Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Product Owner or equivalent project related experience in both agile and waterfall software development environments is required.
