The role is responsible for leading and directing the support teams with direction from management. Primary Job Responsibilities: • Proactively monitor the problem and manage it with the goal of ensuring quality of service is maintained. • Provide the single point of contact for delivery and be the advocate between various support teams and the Client(s) • Provide leadership and direction to support teams and coordinate crisis management; furthermore, ensure continuous communication and coordination with client in the event of a SEV1 incident along with ensuring seamless communications between client(s) and the support groups • Handle operational issues, provide technical support, and participate in the change control process • Understand client requirements, business opportunity identification, guidance, support and closure • Own service quality for service provided by the support organization • Ensure positive client satisfaction and client relationship is maintained for service delivery • Drive/ manage support service quality, performance - own service quality for service provided by the support organization • Monitors service-delivery performance with established governance • Plans, facilitates & coordinates service improvement measures Prerequisites for the role: • 8 to 10 years of IT Experience out of which 2 years of hands on Service Delivery experience in Infrastructure domain • Infrastructure domain knowledge is essential • Strong leadership skills and effective communication and drive to management • Appreciation of financial and business controls operations • Project Management Experience is essential Preferred: • Experience in leading a team of 3+ members (directly / indirectly) in a global environment • Has been into customer facing role managing Infrastructure delivery from remote or on-site Thanks, [email protected] Direct : 609-935-3773X103 116 Village Blvd, Suite 200 - Princeton, NJ 08540 www.itbrainiac.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP BASIS" group.
