Working as part of a team to support the Oracle Fusion Compensation module
and serve as a technical lead. The compensation module hosted in the cloud
was implemented about 3 years ago. There is currently an offshore business
analyst on this team as well as a technical SME. The business analyst has
been working as a liaison between the end-users of the compensation module
and the technical SME for the past three years. Recently the compensation
end-users have been requesting to leverage new feature functionality and
enhancements in order to fully utilize the module. Because the technical
SME supports more than just the compensation module within Oracle Fusion,
he doesn't have enough time to focus specifically on this. He will be
available asan SME to this technical resource if needed, but the purpose of
this hire is to take most of the technical support off his plate.

This person will essentially be working closely with the end-users to
understand their process and business needs to determine how to best
leverage new feature functionalities and make enhancements to increase
productivity. Also, will be providing on-going support and maintenance to
the compensation module. (Oracle Fusion requires incremental loads into
fusion) This person will be performing the loads and troubleshooting any
issues or failures associated with them.


Position Description:
Provide on-going technical support, development of new feature
functionality and enhancements for the Oracle Fusion HCM compensation module
- Manage timelines between Oracle Team and Business Users
- Prioritization and allocation of Oracle Team resources on Project
- Work with Business Users to manage timeline expectations
- Project Planning and Tracking for Bonus & Merit Cycles & Upgrades
- Communication and documentation of technical and business deliverables
- Follow through to completion of technical and business deliverables
- Manage Oracle to Fusion Integration
- Perform Incremental Loads into Fusion Instances for all 16 Business
Groups (using FBL)
o Configuration Data (Locations, Organizations, Jobs, Salary Basis)
o Person Record Data
o Work Relationship Data
o Salary Changes
o Performance
- Tracking of Incremental Load Failures
- Troubleshooting and correction of Incremental Load Issues and Failures
- Fusion Upgrade Integrations (Regression) testing
- Architect solutions for Fusion Data Modeling for Fusion Plans & POCs
(Using multiple modelings within one Plan)
- Configuration of Technical Plan components
- Superviseall security profile configuration and configure complex
security profiles
- Direct Offshore resource in configuration of Fusion Bonus/Merit Plans

Required Experience
" Strong technical background in Oracle Fusion/HCM (w/compensation module
specifically-  must have)
" Ideally 9-10 years of Oracle experience (2-3 years with Fusion/cloud)
" Experience with interfaces to the compensation module
" Ideally have technical and functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion
compensation module (technical -75%; functional 25% - important for the
configuration/functional set-up within the compensation module
