Job Description: Any Chemical or manufacturing experience is a plus. *BW and Hana experience needed.* SAP ECC, BW, EP (Enterprise Portal), and NetWeaver /Java technologies One or more of the following: HANA, Business Objects, SCM/APO, GRC, GTS, SRM, PI, Vendavo, Redwood, or Solution Manager 7.1 Must have prior hands-on, technical lead experience with major SAP projects such as implementations, upgrades, Unicode conversions, or migrations Effectively work as part of a team in large Enterprise systems and possess strong interpersonal/communication skills Must be able to write and execute system copy, high availability, and disaster recovery procedures Monitoring tools such as Solution Manager, CCMS, Microsoft SCCM, Tidal Software, Mercury RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide technical Basis support expertise in one or more of the following areas: ECC, BW, HANA, Business Objects, GRC, GTS, SCM, SRM, EP, Vendavo and Redwood. Provide technical leadership in the areas of the SAP Applications and associated bolt-on applications for business functional enhancements and project delivery Participate in the design, build and run of upgrades or enhancements in relation to the associated technology assigned. Transition maintenance and monitoring activities of the supported application to the SAP Technical Operations team to ensure reliability and availability by providing appropriate documentation. Provide Capacity monitoring and planning, monitor system health, and troubleshoot system issues to ensure high performance and reliability as a 3rd level support expert.
