At least 8 years development work experience and actively doing hands on
Java development.
Quick learner and is able to work independently to do development and
resolve issues.
Excellent skills in code analysis and debugging.
Solid knowledge on core java 1.6+, J2EE, design pattern, understand details
about java memory model, Garbage Collection, etc. Has experience multiple
thread programming and familiar with Spring framework and mechanism behind
it.
Has worked on Oracle database and done database development using SQL and
Stored Procedures, performance tuning skill.
Solid communication skills.
Desirable skills:
Has experience on web programming (J2EE but not limited to it), Hibernate
Has experience working on project on cloud/cluster.
Familiar with Unix/linux OS and shell script.
