VA<br>Duration: 6+ Months<br>Interview: In-Person Only (Confirm your candidate
can do F2F)<br>Rate: Upto $75/hr on C2c/1099</strong></p>
<p><br>One developer with 10 + years of experience in the following: <br></p>
<ul>
<li>Expert proficiency developing, implementing and executing data-driven or
keyword driven testing frameworks using testing tools like Selenium, Coded UI
Test (CUIT), Quality Test Professional (QTP), etc to facilitate test
automation</li>
<li>Expert proficiency in developing, planning, implementing and executing
testing strategies, plans, methodologies and frameworks in support of Agile
development</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to advise, direct, train and evaluate staff</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to analyze business and technical requirements to
develop and execute test plans/strategies</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to design, develop, implement and execute custom
automation/manual testing frameworks</li>
<li>Proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Java, C++, .net and C#</li>
</ul>
<p><br><strong>7+ Years Experience:<br></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Backend (BE) DB layer testing and developing automation suites for
performing ETL testing, BE of DB design, procedures, prgs etc. (SSIS or
comparable</li>
<li>Automation tools – (Front End) Selenium-webdriver with Java or
Selenium-webdriver/Watir-webdriver/Ruby , Microsoft CODEDUI or
comparable tools</li>
<li>Testing including: functional end-to-end testing, system testing, user
acceptance testing, and regression</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>5+ Years Experience<br></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Various
PM methodologies, including Agile methodologies and supporting
techniques (e.g. Test Driven Development and continuous integration
processesDesigning and implementing automation suites from scratch using tools
above to augment into the testing cycles</li>
<li>Designing and implementing automation suites from scratch using tools above

</ul>
<strong>3+ Years Experience</strong><ul>
<li>Webservices testing – (Service layer - Restfull and SOAP) and expertise in
automating them</li>
<li>Working on an Agile team</li>
