The following minimum skill sets are required to include: A solid or even expert grasp of HTML and CSS-based layout practices; Proficiency in the following supporting technologies/ applications--JavaScritp/Java, PHP, ASP.NET, SQL; Familiarity with the technical aspects of web servers and the types of applications and sites that run on them; Knowledge and ability to incorporate responsive design for mobile device support; Ability to incorporate search engine optimization into the overall website; and Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe Dreamweaver. This assignment length is estimated at 520 hours with a possibility to extend for another 520 hours.
