Role: Application Support Engineer Location: Long Island, NY Length: 12 Months The role requires the candidate to work closely with our support teams across the world in investigating production performance issues, provide the product owners, senior manage and the development teams with an in-depth analysis on the nature of the issue, temporary remediation measures to be taken to alleviate production problems, and propose a long term fix to resolve the issue. An ideal candidate will need to have extensive experience in supporting java applications in staging and production environments.
