Max Rate $50/HR !!* *Salesforce Administrator * Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to: Liaise with teams to understand their internal processes and develop solutions in Salesforce through process design, configuration, training, and documentation; Build reports and dashboards for local and international teams to facilitate proper data entry, use of Salesforce, and a deeper understanding of analytics; Support database cleanup through duplicate management, spam identification, report management, and general platform simplification; Validate and format data for import into Salesforce; Field user requests and troubleshoot user issues; Develop case-specific, individual, and group trainings on Salesforce and Dotmailer platforms; Work with teams to configure and test forms built using FormAssembly. *Qualifications:* Experience administering Salesforce, preferably within a small/medium size organization, desired. Ability to bridge between non-technical user-base and technical development teams. Experience training users at various levels of comfort and ability. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required. Salesforce certification a plus. Evidence of entrepreneurial initiative and commitment to innovation for the public good. Demonstrated creativity in vision and problem solving with strong ethical fiber.
