*****Immediately Needed A Consultant***** Job Title : Sr. Business Analyst - CRM Location: SAN FRANCISCO - or CHARLOTTE, NC Duration: 6 Months Contract Group: Wholesale Banking Business Information Tools and Services Responsibilities: The senior business consultant role will play a critical part in successfully delivering a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution and related tool changes and rollouts to the Wholesale Banking Relationship Management lines of businesses. The ideal candidate has developed a solid understanding of Wholesale Banking (Commercial, Corporate, Global Financial Institutions) and understands the business challenges and opportunities a Relationship Manager faces. The candidate has familiarity with systems development processes and the technical aspects of information systems. The senior business consultant should be able to perform any of the following activities: Primary responsibility is successful delivery of business team deliverables throughout the SDLC for assigned areas of CRM solution. Activities span Process Definition, Business Requirements Definition, Data Conversion Requirements , Functional Design Review, User Feedback Sessions and Iterations, Testing, Conversion, Deployment and Support Develop use cases/stories and related business requirements. Regularly meet with the user community to validate and refine use cases and requirements. Conduct workshops with prototype, iterative development releases to elicit user feedback.
