Detailed Job Description:
• Expertise in Case Management with IBM Case Manager and FileNet P8
platform.
• Experience in Case management and Business Process Management solution
design and development using IBM Case Manager and IBM FileNet P8 stack.
• Experience with customization of IBM Case Manager Solutions, development
of widgets, External Data Services, Case Manager API.
• Provide technical leadership to development team.
• Work with business and IT stakeholders to understand business needs in
the area of case management and provide solutions
• Work with business analysts, developers, project managers, and users to
capture requirements, provide solution design and govern implementation.
• Ability to train and mentor development team.
• Good oral and written communication skill.
• Should be able to work with offshore based team, liaising between
offshore team and client teams.
• 7+ years of IT experience
• 3+ years of experience with Case Management and Business Process
Management
• 3+ years of experience with FileNet P8 platform, IBM Case Manager
• Experience with the following technologies:
o IBM Case Manager 5.1/5.2
o IBM FileNet P8 Content Manager (Desirable)
o IBM FileNet P8 Business Process Manager(Desirable)
o IBM Forms Integration (Desirable)
o JavaScript, DOJO, AJAX, JSON and iWidgets
o Java, Java Enterprise
• Able to direct the design, development, and test complex business rules
managed and executed by rules engine integrating with BPM/SOA platform
• Able to communicate effectively with the project team, technology
partners and business partners.
• Able to comply with development standards and security policies set
within the larger development organization.
• Exceptional analytical skills focused on problem solving and process
improvement in a rapidly changing environment.
