Partner with various customer service subject matter experts (SMEs) to acquire data cleansing business rules on identified and prioritized data cleansing issues. 2. For each issue, work with SMEs to lead the processes to translate business rules into data cleansing rules. 3. For each issue, lead the data analysis (profiling) required and design a recommended cleansing approach for each issue including: a) Automate and / or manual cleansing of issue b) Using PLSQL/DataStage for cleansing of issue c) Identify required follow-up system user training d) Identify required New error handling/data controls in new CIS? 4.
