*Interview Process Overview (Ideally interviews will be set up for 4/19 and 4/20): 60 minute in-person interviews* Business Overview: Under the direction of the CISO, Sr. Director and/or the Principal Architect and in partnership with various area(s) of the company; the Security Architect within Best Buy will design, publish and maintain security design principles and architectures that will be consumed by the Best Buy global Enterprise. In addition, the Security Architect will provide security consulting on various initiatives and provide key inputs to enterprise information security policies and standards. The Security Architect will interact with functional leaders and partners throughout the Enterprise to understand, influence and champion Enterprise Information Security. *Responsibilities:* *The Security Architect will:* · Architect and design security patterns and solutions for a wide variety of systems, applications, infrastructures and processes · Research, and assist in the piloting the evaluation of new tools, technologies, and/or processes as needed · Demonstrate broad expertise and experience across all security domains and [optional based on our needs at the time] deeper expertise and experience in two or more domains (e.g. application security, networks, database/big data, IAM, endpoint, threat modeling, data protection) · Collaborate & Consult · Under the direction of the Senior/Principal Architects and leadership; Liaise with Enterprise Architects to build and continuously update security design principles to meet new threats and business capabilities · Provide Security Consulting to assigned area(s) of the enterprise and communicate risks to partners and leadership via available governance channels and processes · Provide information security policy and standards interpretation to business and technology teams as needed · Advise Policy and Awareness team(s), Legal and Privacy partners around policy updates, gaps and controls interpretations · Assess risks and prioritize them based on existing, internally approved information risk ranking models · Communicate complex security risks and issues to various audiences, including IT, development and executive audiences on a continuous basis · Efficiently and thoroughly review project architecture and diagrams to formulate appropriate questions to identify security risk level and gaps in solution architectures · Steps up when the need arises to work for and with the team or other business groups to accomplish what is necessary Enterprise Security Architecture Document(s) Ownership · Responsible for delivering and maintaining an assigned set of Information Security Reference Architectures, patterns and associated documentation ·Participate and champion the Best Buy information security governance model including but not limited to developing, publishing and maintaining assigned Security Reference Architecture and Security Pattern documentation, bringing forth policy change requests and presenting risks or findings to leadership · In consultation with Senior/Principal Architects and leadership; Make sound and well-thought-out recommendations to leadership or partner teams, in many cases within rapid timeframes due to the speed of retail *Basic Requirements:* · 8+ years IT Security experience (Preferably with the most recent 2-3 years of experience in IT architecture or a role with architecture or infrastructure responsibilities) · 1+ year of experience with ISO 27000 series · Active CISSP Certification *Preferred Requirements:* · Familiarity with NIST Cyber Security Framework (CSF) · A team-focused mentality with the proven ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders · 1+ year of experience with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) · Bachelor’s Degree *Must Have Technologies* 1.Security technologies across all security domains *Regards,* *Lisa Dutt - Staffing Manager* *Desk No # 609-935-3773 EXT 102 | Email : [email protected] <[email protected]>* *Fax 727 499 0906* *ITBrainiac Inc. * *116 Village Blvd, Suite 200 - Princeton, NJ 08540* *www.itbrainiac.com <http://www.itbrainiac.com/>* *I respect the value of your time.
