Well rounded, comm skills Hire: Phone and In person Roles & Responsibilities: Detailed Description: · Provide leadership in performance tuning critical systems and business process in preparation for merger activity increases · Provides effective production support including accurate problem identification, ticket documentation and customer/vendor dialogue. · Articulates the business value and impact of technical and non-technical information and understands when to escalate issues. · Responds to requests from individual users. · Delivers process documentation for small-to medium-scale projects. · Must have a strong technology background to understand change requests and to recommend alternate solutions. · Performs all technical program tasks with minimal supervision. · Must have strong project and coordination skills. · Provide Level 1 & 2 support for the enterprise database environment.
