*Candidates Must be local.* *Location – Old Tappan, NJ* *Kindly Reply on: [email protected] <[email protected]>* Sr Software Implementation Manager *Description: Additional Job Details: * *THIS IS A ORACLE EBS DATA MIGRATION LEAD ROLE *Responsible for planning and managing the data migration for the Enabling programme working across Finance, HR and Supply Chain. Works closely with the Technical delivery team, Technical Architects, Platform team and Programmer management to ensure a suitable and robust data design. · Responsible for all data migration within the Wave 7 of the TEP program. · Will provide technical support and solutions regarding data migration and data mapping. · Is responsible for the end to end planning and delivery for all data migration within the programmer. *The role will report to Program Data Migration Director and will work closely with the Solution Team and Technical Team on the program. * · Accountable for designing a data migration strategy & work plan and executing data migration processes in line with the plan · Responsible for assisting the technology, systems and process workstreams to define the common data model vision, data sourcing approach, data transformation approach and data reconciliation approach · Responsible for managing data sourcing, cleansing and reconciliation efforts with other workstream teams and business units · Responsible for designing, developing and managing the execution of data cleanup work plan and the data conversion test plan · Accountable for producing the global load specifications and carry out data loading as required · Responsible with technology for ensuring the system and process workstreams have appropriate data for design and testing · Responsible for the management of the data migration testing and load process from extract of data by the legacy system owners, runs the load routines, performs basic reconciliations, coordinates business reconciliations and signoff and resolves issues · Inform appropriately on best practise information/data flow · Responsible for the testing of extraction and reconciliation tools · Responsible for providing technical subject matter expertise to the Business Design team during requirement gathering workshops and planning · Accountable for supporting the production of the detailed data definitions team. · Track record of effectively delivering large scale programs through a team · Ability to communicate professionally, clearly and effectively to target audiences · Maintains a thorough understanding of status, actions, risks and issues · Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
