Provides application design and programming support for the maintenance and enhancement of existing applications systems, making recommendations and providing user training as appropriate to improve the systems. 2. Analyzes generalized user requirements, and designs and programs solutions to satisfy the user needs. 3. Analyzes, develops, implements and supports new software applications to improve business systems. 4. Develops and maintains efficient instructions for running production job streams. 5. Demonstrates technical knowledge in assigned systems. SALARY REQUIREMENT/RANGE REQUIRED WITH RESUME FOR CONSIDERATION Associates Degree in Computer Science or related area, and three (3) years of experience in developing on-line applications software. Degree may be substituted by two (2) additional years of related experience. Experience with *VB.Net 2008, VB.Net 2010* required. Experience with Oracle 10g/11i or Microsoft Sql Server required. Experience with *Team Foundation Server 2010, Crystal Reports 2010 for Visual Studio 2010* preferred. Must be familiar with software development lifecycles, interpreting business requirements, providing estimates and analyzing test cases.
