Contract Marketing Analytics Director – High Level must be very technical Location: Philadelphia, PA Contract- 6 to 12 months Phone interview and then in person interview- must be local *Reply Me At [email protected] <[email protected]>* Aid in the set-up (configuration) and support of MS project Online Provides on-boarding support (includes training) Assist in documenting tool process flows Understand Power BI and can assist with setting up the reporting environment and run adhoc reports as necessary .Team: Marketing / Analytics / Strategy – It’s a New Unit .Team Focus: How business is performing (disconnect/connect; motivators; drivers .Effectiveness gap ) .Ideal candidate: .Strong background with NPS (Net Promoter System) – tracking performance scores (increases and decreases) .Vanguard is a preferred client to target here .Strong background with Customer Experience .Strong Analytics background Interaction: .VP Level and above everyday – need to take the lead .Tech resources: are there to help them build this Key Responsibilities .Serve as a strategic analytics partner to Customer Communications team, using data and insights to help drive messaging strategies forward. .Build and maintain analytics infrastructure for measuring test/control customer cohorts and understanding how messaging impacts customer NPS, product usage behavior, churn, etc. .Leverage data visualization tools and other technology to automate and simplify analysis and generate actionable insights. .Work directly with customer insights and research teams to integrate NPS and other customer experience metrics into core suite of measurement products. .Provide analytics support (market opportunity sizing, customer profiling, etc) as needed. Education Level • MBA preferred; bachelors degree in customer behavior, marketing/communications, business intelligence or other related field required. Work Experience & Requirements .Generally requires 7-10+ years of experience in data-driven marketing, customer relationship management (CRM), and/or statistical modeling/forecasting, applied research methods .Strategic thinker, with a demonstrable understanding of marketing & sales mechanics, customer journey and/or CRM related disciplines. .Proven track record of turning data into insights; experience with automating data analyses and detection and disseminating results via the latest visualization and reporting technologies .Experience working or consulting for a “best in class” NPS driven brand/organization .Demonstrated ability in handling and navigating large and complex data sets and databases. .Knowledge of SQL, Oracle, relational databases, and other access and storage technologies (Hadoop, etc). .Experience in handling projects involving data mining techniques (Forecasting, clustering, decision trees, etc) using mining tools such as SAS and/or SPSS .Outside the box thinking with a proactive approach to problem solving .Understanding of advanced analytic techniques, BI tools, and data visualization software (IBM Cognos and Tableau preferred) .Strong project management, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
