Please let me know if you are interested for this position, also please share your updated resume. please share resume's on [email protected] Job Title - SalesForce BA Location - Radnor, PA Duration - 12-36 months Interview Mode - Telephonic followed by F2F End Client - Lincoln *Job Description:* o Highly prefer experienced Salesforce.com <http://salesforce.com> business analyst with high degree of navigation, functional and reporting skills. o Demonstrated project experience with Agile / SCRUM, CRM, Salesforce. o Financial Experience *Seeking a Sr. Business Systems Analyst who is an experienced and has the skills that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position:* - Works closely with business clients and other members of the project team to analyze business needs and opportunities that can be solution by software and technical deliverables (i.e., applications, data, reporting). - Develops and maintains business requirements, design and other documentation for enhancements and system modifications which may include end-user training materials. - Translates business requirements into functional requirements and demonstrates skills and is comfortable working in environment where handling data analysis and mapping are both core competencies needed for successful delivery of most assignments. - Creates and updates project plans, according to clear metrics and deadlines for project success. - Provides status reporting on assigned projects. - Coordinates the development, testing and implementation of new products and system enhancements as directed by the BA Team lead, as needed. - Works closely with internal/external IT programmers to develop, test and implement new software deliverables/enhancements. ***Please note that testing here does not refer to writing test scripts but in having the ability to guide the development of test plans to validate the accuracy of system changes from a business and functional perspective. - Executes day-to-day technical functions, i.e. file transfers, metrics reporting. - Develops and executes the project communications plan to keep the Business Sponsors and Stakeholders informed of project status, change requests and risks - Provides tactical support for day to day production issues focusing on timely problem resolution and effective customer communication. - Adheres to PMO/SDLC/SOX management policies and procedures for implementing solutions into production and creating artifacts, i.e. business specifications, test logs, issue logs, user signoffs. *Requirements:* • Highly prefer experienced Salesforce.com <http://salesforce.com> business analyst with high degree of navigation, functional and reporting skills. • Demonstrated project experience with Agile / SCRUM, CRM, Salesforce. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously. • Work (initiate and accept direction) in independent manner, as well as work in multiple small project groups. • Prefer BA; Ideal to have working knowledge/ background in retirement plan services or financial services. • Applies critical thinking practices to analyze business processes /scenarios and make sound conclusions/recommendations regarding viable solutions.
