*Role: SAP CS Consultant* *Location: Santa Ana, CA* *Duration: 6 months* Perform Business Blueprint activities across SAP Customer Service (SAP CS) and its associated integration points. Ability to conduct business workshops with client SMEs , requirement gathering & design To-Be business process solutions § Requirements gathering and Blueprinting of OTC solution § Lead respective Functional Consultants § Coordinate with Client SMEs team leaders in obtaining sufficient business process and organizational data to enable Cognizant consulting team to provide TO-BE solutions § Coordinate with Client Team & Project Manager for signoff of Blueprint document and results § Lead Coordination and communication with offshore team and business teams § Lead Planning of activities and tasks for CRP development Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s Degree with an accredited University / College Minimum of 4`5 years’ experience working with SAP Customer Srevice management (SAP CS) § Experience of implementing three or more Full Life Cycle SAP R3 implementation preferably in Manufacturing & Logistics.
