*Job Description* - Provides support to IT project teams by working closely with the Environments Provisioning teams to deliver UNIX/Linux and Windows non-production and production environments. - Submits work requests and collaborates directly with Technology Operations to obtain needed environment services across supported platforms. - Assists Systems Delivery Project Managers in planning and scheduling environments-related tasks, determining project dependencies and producing the Environment Specification document and other pertinent project information. Is assigned a medium portfolio of Projects that are of moderate complexity and owns them with considerable independence and occasional guidance. - Gathers and analyzes environment requirements of projects including project scope, project need-by date, infrastructure, configuration, software, and hardware. - Works with Systems Delivery Project Managers and applicable IT support team members to ensure the most efficient use of non-production environments. - Tracks and communicates the status of environment setup necessary to support the project schedule for the duration of the project.
