Please reply me back with your most updated resume. *Position: Service Delivery Manager* *Location: San Jose, CA* *Duration: 6+ months* *Role* We are seeking a Technical Services Product Manager (TSPM) responsible for managing, operationalize, and execution of TS support strategy for Cisco Collaboration products. This position is within Cisco’s Technical Services organization. This role plays a key role in managing and operationalize service offerings for Cisco Collaboration products. The candidate is responsible for understanding Technical Services offerings for Cisco Collaboration products and leading activities to create new service offerings. The candidate will work closely with product management teams from Collaboration product business unit and TSPM Operation team. *Responsibilities* · Owning the responsibility for service mappings/de-mappings, and price changes, understanding the operational/process required to execute such changes, on a business with $1B+ run rate within the Collaboration portfolio. · Ensure our multiple service offers are effectively orderable, and to maintain consistency and clear logic for customers and partners, so orders can flow intuitively and with the least amount of interaction by service representatives. · Working with Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and TSPM Operations teams to support business and customer needs. · Manage Expectations of stake holders on requests and escalations. · Propose improvements in the service mapping and/or pricing structures that will improve our customers ordering experience. *Preferred Requirements* · Strong written, oral communication, and math skills. · Must have strong financial analysis skills.
