Following are the job responsibilities 1. Tableau server and data source administration, including upgrades, patches, monitoring, troubleshooting, performance tuning, Cluster/Distributed Management, Cache/ History Management, User Management and change management. 2. Tableau security, back-up and restore process. 3. Creating and managing Tableau Sites, projects and workbooks 4. Maintenance and scheduling of Tableau Data Extracts using Tableau Server and the Tableau Command Utility 5. BI infrastructure/Tableau Data source build and maintenance, Schema design and Dimensional data modeling 6. SQL development- writing complex queries and stored procedures- SQL, PL/SQL, T-SQL 7. Translate user requirements into specific reporting solutions 8. Training and support for business users to support Self service 9.
