It requires working with a variety of Service Owners across Nike Technology to ensure that the catalog is up-to-date and complete. The Service Portfolio Managers direct responsibilities include: • Assist the Process Owner to define the overall Portfolio strategy, data model and approach • Produce documentation and communications pertaining to the Service Portfolio • Communicating and educating Nike Technology groups regarding the purpose, use, and value of the Service Portfolio across multiple business units and organizations • Gathering and managing the list of Services and ensuring their attributes are properly captured across Nike Technology • Ensuring an efficient and effective process for modifying, adding, and removing Services from the Service Portfolio • Aligning the Service Portfolio with operational processes to drive accurate and consistent categorization • Working closely with the ITSM reporting team to enable accurate reporting that delivers value What We’re Looking For • Deep understanding of IT Service Management processes • Experience developing, maintaining, and communicating complex data models in ways that are understood by a broad audience • Promote and support the deployment of Service Management processes to all groups interacting with the Service Portfolio • Ability to lead functional discussions and initiatives across departments. • Experience identifying and resolving complex technical, operational and organizational problems • Proven ability to provide leadership to managers, supervisors and professional staff • Ability to create short-term and long-term departmental plans for business, production and organizational • priorities • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 5 years of relevant business experience desired • ITIL v3 Foundation certificate preferred • Experience with business process improvement methods (e.g., Lean) is preferred Regards Ashish Gupta 1351 McCarthy Boulevard, Suit 116, Milpitas, CA, USA, 95035 *Phone* : 408-668-9470 *Yahoo, Hangouts* : ashish.recruiter12 *Email* : [email protected] *URL* : WWW.idctechnologies.com <http://www.idctechnologies.com/> -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP BASIS" group.
