Should have hands-on experience supporting the development of business and technical requirements of a J2EE application. Should have demonstrated experience leading system and user acceptance testing including development of end-user training documentation, user stories, and test case scenarios. Should have demonstrated experience successfully managing a function team focused on the business process re-engineering efforts for a J2EE e-commerce application. Should have demonstrated experience to communicate to all levels of management and business users outside of the Information Technology area. Should have the ability to work closely with the COR and be able to form and maintain good working relationships with members of other IT teams, the Project Sponsor, ODQ and the Bank's business subject matter experts. Should have excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent listening, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Should be able to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language. Keen attention to detail. Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
