Undertakes the most complex systems software engineering projects involving multiple disciplines and may impact multiple business units. Requires over ten years of related experience and in-depth knowledge of C#, WCF to RESTful API conversions. Very large candidate, not custom but a defining scope of work. -skill set will vary depending --C sharp, .net, WCF, WPF, HML 5, (Angular KS—probably won’t be necessary of temps) -work is part of large firm -restful interfaces: contractors may backfill fulltime person, cross-training and role will need to process multiple levels of work. -fairly short-term development effort, several teams involve: make sure items on tech roadmap are getting done. --amount of workers may change: -self-starters and need to hit the ground running --rockstars in the industries and quick learners -candidates should “question what we’re doing, not just doing something because they’re told” -strong enough to ask “why?” instead of just laying down and coding something -timing tests, progressive tests, :thorough and looking for issues, responsive and proactive in solving problems/issues --Azure experience --lot of requirements for documenting changes, what changes are being made, etc. --tech lead, 3 senior devs, 3 intermediate level, few others.—team structure --discuss with QA members the changes --tolerate for regression is: ZERO --Communication is VERY important --Agile working environment --co-changes that need to be done and ready for production. --Scrum master: operates over several teams, developer is expected to participate, and update Rally. NOT an IT shop, software developer shop. Please keep in mind we need an expert in coding with very recent coding experience-- not just an architect, and someone that is not going to buckle under pressure while conducting analysis of systems and projects.
