The position will initially be 5 weeks onsite in Washington,DC and then working remotely. You will have to be onsite 1 day a month after the initial 5 week period. IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BE ON EAST COAST CLOSE TO WASHINGTON DC This position will be responsible for developing, enhancing, operating, and maintaining all of the underlying development services within JENIE, CourtForge, and the JENIE identity management services. This team shall also provide tier-3 support for all JENIE portlet and CourtForge related service desk issues, and JENIE Identity Management services. This selected candidate will be responsible for: Designing application interfaces and Web Applications within both a portal and web container architecture. Performing WebSphere Portlet development; with Java Server Faces, Servlet development, XML, JSON, HTML, CSS, Spring, Hibernate, JavaScript and portal Themes. Performing WebServices development utilizing a JBOSS infrastructure; including JBOS EAP 6+ and JBOSS ESB 5+, Servlet development, XML, JSON, Spring, Hibernate and transformation technology within the ESB. Performing Development using Rational Application Developer 8.x+, or Eclipse based products. Performing Development using build and source code products including CVS, SVN or GIT. Performing Application Integration with security products including IBM Security Identity Manager Suite (Identity and Access Manager Components) as well as Microsoft Active Directory. Performing Mobile app/interface development in an APPLE IOS and Android environment.
