Please send the resumes at [email protected] Job Title: Biztalk Architect Location: Raleigh, NC Duration: 12 Months *State gov experience preferred* The SOA BizTalk Administrator will be responsible for deployment and administration of BizTalk and configuration of the SOA Collection within Team Foundation Server (TFS). This position will build, configure, maintain, monitor and report on the BizTalk platform and TFS SOA Collection, each within a multi-tiered environment. The position will proactively work to meet the needs of IT projects that utilize the SOA Center. The individual in this position will: Plan/Design: Work with IT project teams and SOA Center staff analyzing business requirements and determining where they intersect with the BizTalk platform and TFS SOA Collection. At those intersections, the administrator will develop technical requirements as applicable to the SOA BizTalk environment and TFS SOA collection. The incumbent will ensure all existing standards are properly followed and create new standards as necessary to ensure a good customer experience. Additionally the individual will plan for & design upgrade paths for BizTalk and the TFS SOA Collection to ensure system availability. The administrator will document existing & future changes to the SOA Center Environment. Implement: Based on input from technical requirements from IT projects, IT Enterprise Architecture, IT Operations and IT Security, this individual will build and maintain the SOA BizTalk platform and TFS SOA Collection to current & future IT & Security standards. Maintain: The Administrator will conduct regular systems tests; monitor test results, performance and other feedback; and take required corrective action for all test and production SOA Center environments to ensure a good customer experience. Manage OS & Product patching to ensure environment is current & stable. Support: Work with NCDOT Helpdesk, SOA Center and Development staff to provide 3rd tier support when issues cannot be resolved at a lower level. Work with DOT Operations & EPS group to triage & maintain the SOA BizTalk environment when issues occur. This support include both during working hours and off-hour support. Experience designing and implementing Biz Talk, including working with lead architects to implement and integrate BizTalk in test and production. Required7Years Experience administering Biz Talk including deployment, performance tuning, integration, and disaster recovery planning. Required7Years Experience supporting a collection within Team Foundation Server (TFS) Desired3Years Knowledge of Windows Server 2003, 2008R2, 2012R2 administration. Desired3Years Experience with Active Directory Administration, SQL Server and Exchange. Desired3Years Experience consuming, or creating WCF (WSI compliant) web services from a web platform. Desired3Years Proficient with .NET C#, ASP.NET, PowerShell. Desired3Years Knowledge and practical experience of applications development & deployment in a distributed environment. Desired3Years Experience with VMWare virtualization technology.
