Position: POS Tester Location:Columbus,OH Duration: 6-12 Months Contract Note: Need Local *Reply Me At [email protected] <[email protected]>* Data Validation Tester Position Description: The focus of this position is to validate POS sales data in SAP as part of a multi-resource validation team. This work is associated with a large project focus on opening new L Brands retail stores. This role will involve quickly coming up to speed with the established sales data validation process. The resource selected will work as part of a fast-paced project team with resources located in Columbus and India. Position Qualifications/POS Tester Validates POS sales data from source to target (SAP Financials) by using Excel and several core transactions in the SAP FICO module. Write and executes detailed test cases. Intermediate Excel experience required. Experience with test management tools like Client Quality Center / ALM is required. Exposure to SAP preferred. Strong understanding of common Systems Development Lifecycle methodologies, including Waterfall and iterative approaches like Agile / Scrum. Exhibits strong written and verbal communication skills with IT audiences. Excels at working in a project environment and on cross-functional teams. Consistently delivers day-to-day assignments with a high level of quality and attention to detail. Independently develops key deliverables and publishes without supervisor review. Proactively applies a systematic approach to data gathering and analysis to make key decisions that are supported by facts. Retail / supply chain background is preferred. Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience. 3+ years experience in testing / QA.
