Please reply me back with your most updated resume. *Android/IOS Application Test Engineer * *Downtown – Chicago, IL * *6 month Contract* *JOB DESCRIPTION* Writing/test software to test IOS and android systems Drive and build automated tests (both unit level and UI) for iOS and Android Assist in developing a test strategy for an entire ecosystem of iOS and Android products Perform manual regression and integration testing in a fast paced Agile environment Work closely with software developers to improve test coverage, identify improvements to automated testing capabilities, and integrate these tests into a continuous integration environment Identify, document, and verify resolution of software bugs in Jira. Coordinate with software engineers to identify application performance improvements, as well as to ensure testability issues are addressed during design lifecycle. Create and refine existing QA processes, tools, and testing infrastructure to enhance quality and productivity *Requirements * Experience testing on either iOS or Android platforms (experience on both is a major plus) Experience creating tests using automated frameworks (examples include but not limited to Robolectric, Appium, Robotium, UI Testing in Xcode, etc.) Strong ability to quickly debug and assess complex issues Strong communication skills Creative thinker and strong problem solver. Bachelors Degree OR relevant work experience required; BS/MS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering preferred.
