Needs to be recent experience. Needs to be someone who can do in-depth analysis with accumulators (limits and rules); functional design can bring the gap with other people. ***This position can be done remotely. Please submit someone with expertise in the areas in BOLD* Requires expert-level Facets skillset with experience in accumulator analysis as well as claims and enrollment, as evidenced by the ability to identify impacts of claims and enrollment on accumulator totals. Ability to work closely with team member to acquire business knowledge, and then be self-managing enough to perform complicated analysis in a timely manner High level requirements include: *• Facets configuration expertise with a focus on claims and or product design * * • In depth knowledge of Facets accumulator structure and functionality * *• Ability to comprehend and resolve complex multi-faceted claims and accumulator issues* • Excellent analytical skills • Attention to detail *Responsibilities:* * Ensures business requirements are fully defined and understood at a detailed technical level and facilitates business involvement in technology decisions ** Provides technical systems guidance for modifications to current systems and/or recommends design solutions for new systems initiatives* * Participates in the analysis of existing business rules, processes, and systems to recommend process and system enhancements to improve business performance and maximize the effectiveness of available technology * Lead testing efforts by defining, developing and implementing practices and procedures for complete end user test plans * Participates in the moderately complex business/user/functional requirements analysis, verification and prioritization sessions * The Systems Analyst function impacts the quality and accuracy of the technical solutions developed in support of corporate initiatives by providing the link between Business Analysts and Developers. * Researches and analyzes basic and complex issues surrounding the processes and systems of an organization. * Requirements:* * This position requires a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Business or relevant work experience in systems analysis/design and 3-6 years of direct Systems Analyst experience * Knowledge of and demonstrated experience with current relevant technologies used in the development, implementation, and support of software solutions * Experience with moderately complex systems projects. Includes demonstrated experience with development of technical solutions and technical specification documentation * Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills · *Client needs someone who is a facets expert; know how products are set up with accumulator types and how they impact the downstream system. * · *Experience in running facets queries.* · Primary skill set – comprehension of facets accumulators and how they function. · Must be able to look into claim by claim for member’s history to find out the member’s issues · Requirements development, analyze data, translate into something that is sent to IT and programmed at a later time. · Most of team works remote so can be 100% remote. Will need to be on site first 1 – 2 weeks after that remote but if they have the right skill set they would consider someone that couldn’t come in. Most of team is remote. · Discover cause, getting in something to manipulate member’s data, accumulators that need to be adjusted · Facets 5.3 R2 upgrade just did an update last week · Duration: end of year, big potential for extension through the next year. · *Top 3 Skills: Accumulator on claims side, facets expertise- history with benefits configuration or claims and strong analytical skills* · *Explicit accumulators experience, especially interaction with enrollment and claims (bold this experience on resume). Needs to be recent experience. Needs to be someone who can do in-depth analysis with accumulators (limits and rules); functional design can bring the gap with other people. * · Tasks would be change in coverage types, products, etc. and need to determine impact on accumulators’ numbers and limits and troubleshoot issues. Provide relief to automate these processes as well.
