The candidate must possess strong communication, problem solving, and reasoning skills. Qualifications: • Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills • Must be detailed and quality assurance oriented • Must possess strong process adherence discipline; Throughout the life cycle of a correction case, specific process control procedures and documentation must be followed and completed by the CA. • Be able to work multiple projects (cases) simultaneously; Typically an CA will be assigned three to five cases at one time • Job Experience must demonstrate the ability to be self-directed Skills: Required: • Expertise, with recent experience, in developing and executing SQL • Working knowledge of database concepts • Proficiency with standard MS Office tools (Excel, Word, etc) Preferred: • Expertise, with recent experience, in SAS (Unix SAS is preferred) in addition to SQL • Proficient in Tera Data database environments.
