We have very urgent requirement for DATA Warehouse BA/QA with our client in IL Please send matched resumes to *j...@digitalmindstech.com. <j...@digitalmindstech.com>* *Position* : Data warehouse QA/BA *Location* : Springfield, IL *Duration* : Long-term *Job Description :* Note :Must have Healthcare experience. *Required Skills* · Experience with development of test cases, test data and test scenarios (3+ Years) · Experience assisting business user in defining user acceptance testing, test cases, and plans (3+ Years) · Business Analysis experience using MS Office Suite (3+ years) · Extensive freehand SQL experience including authoring queries to validate source to target mapping, analyze data using distinct counts, average, mean, max, and other statistical functions (2+ years). · Experience using business intelligence tools such as BusinessObjects, Cognos, etc. (2+ years) · Defect tracking and logging · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Ability to work with end users/customers to understand and develop requirements · Ability to facilitate customer requirements gathering meetings/sessions · Experience with Requirements Traceability *Preferred but not Required Skills* · BA/QA Experience working with the MMIS System · BA/QA Experience in a Data Warehouse project environment · Experience with JAD and Agile methodologies · Meet with users for clarification and elaboration as may be necessary to clearly define a problem and conceptualize a development plan. · Recognize, gather, correlate, and analyze facts, draw conclusions, define problems, and devise solutions and alternatives and make appropriate recommendations. · Ability to design applications taking into consideration data reconciliation, (to the source system) query/reporting performance, and analytical business value. · Experience with Teradata SQL Assistant · Experience with Data Cleansing · Data analysis experience in a health care environment. · Analyze project requirements and develop detailed specifications for reporting requirements · Ability to read SQL code and reverse engineer code in order to derive requirements · Health care claims data experience such as CPT-4, ICD-9 & 10.
