*Job Description:We are looking for a world-class UI/UX designer to help us
to ensure thatour rapidly built applications are both beautiful and a
pleasure to use on both web and mobile A fabulous portfolio of usability
and creative design work for web and mobile applications Be a staunch user
advocate with research-based usability knowledge Ability and desire to
conduct UX research techniques (both qualitative and quantitative,
in-person and remote) such as user interviews, usability testing,
personas,A/B testing, surveys, and task-focused analysis (user flows,
mental models, ideation sessions, etc) Formal creativity – producing
documentation/specs, UI and UX artefacts, wireframes, prototypes, etc. You
love the whiteboard! We’re a .NET team, but it’s OK if your experience is
working with teams developing on other platforms Agile methodology
experience (Scrum, Kanban, XP etc) *
