Direct Client Requirment Title: Systems Engineer With Integration EXP Location: Mclean,VA Duration: 1+ Year Note: EAD-G.C,G.C & U.S Citizen *Reply Me At [email protected] <[email protected]>* RESPONSIBILITIES: -Act as a project lead or participate as a team member on projects involving Active Directory -Collaborate with Agile team in planning, developing, implementing, and supporting new or existing applications -Formulate and define system scope and objectives based on user needs and thorough understanding of business problems with varying levels of complexity -Partner with product owners, business partners, and end users to understand business processes and concepts -Be passionate about technological trends in the market with the ability to leverage them in driving innovation and educate others on how they can be used-Understanding all pieces of the puzzle so you can see the big picture. -Assisting the team in finding refined solutions to complex challenges and helping the entire team meet its commitments -Solicit, analyze, and negotiate customer requirements under minimal guidance and direction -Define and implement application infrastructure on Amazon Web Services (or other cloud platforms) -Install and automate server and application processes using Cloud Formation and Chef (or other Dev Ops tools as the enterprise adopts new technologies) -Provide technical guidance concerning business implications of application development projects -Identify and address cross-project dependencies and impacts -Identify risks/issues in a timely manner and appropriately mitigate/escalate -Educate others on capabilities and constraints of technology platforms EXPERIENCE/SKILLS: - 3 years experience developing IT infrastructure solutions as a lead engineer/architect - 5 years experience in Windows server administration including scripting and automation - 3 years of Directory Services engineering experience that includes designing and implementing complex enterprise level Directory Services solution - Extensive experience in implementing Windows security concepts and policies - 2+ years VBScript or PowerShell experience to develop complex automation scripts - 1+ years Windows Azure, AWS or other public Cloud technologies experience - Excellent communication skills including proven experience effectively communicating technical challenges and solutions to peers, customers, and senior management - Proven experience effectively communicating technical issues\challenges to both technical and non-technical audiences - Excellent communication skills, analytical ability, management skills, and the ability to work with users, peers, senior management, and vendors - Experience working both independently and collaboratively to solve problems and deliver high quality results in a fast-paced, unstructured environment - Experience participating in design, build and testing of system solutions - Experience in data modeling & lineage - Experience with full life-cycle cloud-based software implementation activities - Experience using automated testing and deployment software for both cloud and on-premises applications Preferred Qualifications: -Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics or military experienc -At least 8 years of IT experience -At least 5 years of Directory Services technical experience -At least 3 years of leading a Directory Services operational support team -1+ years of experience building scalable web applications and database instances using AWS -1+ years experience with Microsoft Azure and 1+ years experience with Office 365 -1+ years experience supporting directory synchronization platforms -1+ years experience using scripting to develop complex automation solutions -2 years of experience with Financial Systems Additional Tools/Technology Knowledge (Wished) Linux SQL Administration Ruby Python Openstack Perl ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: *Candidates must be very strong in Windows, up to 2012 *Candidates must be very strong in active directory, which is the team they will be aligned to. *30-45 minute phone interview, but may change to face to face interviews.
