Title : AIX Developer Location : IL Duration : 6+ Months Looking for a UNIX/ AIX developer. This individual will be helping create the testing automation program that the Tester will use. XML knowledge is a plus as well as any work with Cognos or ETL test cases. Looking for a very senior level Unix developer who can build test automation application based upon Java and Unix platform. Knowledge of Java language is highly preferred. Seeking strong analytical skills. Willing to take the ownership of the tasks. Should have a solid understanding of the architecture and design of the applications. Creative thinker who should be able to contribute the team with several approaches. Minimum of 9 years of IT work experience focused in systems development and programming. Testing Automation coding for ETL processes. DB2 Yes Intermediate 4 - 6 Years SQL Yes Expert 4 - 6 Years Java Yes Intermediate 4 - 6 Years JavaScript Yes Expert 6 + Years Perl Yes Intermediate 4 - 6 Years Unix Shell Scripting Yes Expert 6 + Years XML Yes Expert 4 - 6 Years Eclipse Yes Intermediate 2 - 4 Years Excellent command on at least one of the ETL Tools (DataStage, Informatica, Ab Initio) is required. Familiarity with the other ones is a huge plus.
