At least 8 years full systems life cycle experience including requirements gathering, functional and technical design, requirements specifications, detail design, program specifications, coding and unit testing /integration testing automation. 8 years of experience in information technologies and/or 4 years of experience in health care industry preferred. Understanding of REST, HTTP, ORMs, ASP.NET MVC, WCF and exposure to ASP.NET Web API. Understands architecture and design patterns and practices, including understanding of SOLID principles.
