Title: business analyst with Excel and Access EXP
Location:  Columbus, OH
Duration: 6-12 month contract

Responsibilities:
• Design, Build, Test and Deliver Excel and Access based topside and
detailed planning tool
o Document functional design of the requested tool
o Develop test cases for the new planning tools
o Coordinate with business SME’s for design, data requirements and testing
o Execute side by side testing of the solution with the business SME’s

Skill Level:
• Required
o 3-5 years utilizing the following Microsoft applications:
§ Microsoft Excel, Word, Visio, Access and PowerPoint
o 3-5 years of experience in retail industry
o Advanced Write/Understand Excel-VBA
o Moderate sql skills
o Prior experience documenting a retail planning business process in Visio
o Excellent communication skills
o Excellent presentation skills
o Familiarity with agile methodology/able to work in fast paced environment
• Preferred
o Prior experience creating and maintaining Excel tools for merchandise and
assortment planning functions
o 1-2 years as a retail merchandise planner or retail assortment planner
o End to end retail pre-season planning knowledge
