Negotiation, Presentation Skills should be apt to showcase technology depth and breadth of the organization. Ability to map to the right stakeholders, multivendor/practice/party coordination. Proactive approach towards generating downstream business revenue by analyzing the as is business of the customer. Account Mining to generate opportunities. *Skill2 - SAP CRM Web UI Technical (L3)* *Skill3 - CRM Technical (L3)* *Skill4 - SAP CRM Middleware (L2)* SAP CRM Middleware: Expertise in defining publication and subscription of sites business objects, perform initial download, delta download, Too and fro data replication with SAP and non SAP systems 2. Should have understanding on some industry specific object replication like Utilities 3. Good Knowledge on IDocs, BDocs. Should have detailed insight on BDoc Services and architecture. 4.Experience in Groupware integration is preferred *Essential Skill(s)* *Skill1 - SAP CRM Technical (L1)* 1.Should be able to independently enhance existing CRM application components based on the tools provided by SAP which are upgrade compliant. Should have worked on MW setup, monitoring and generation. Should be aware of Middleware Monitoring cockpit. Should be able to reprocess bdocs, understand flow trace etc. 2. Should be able to trouble shoot Middleware issues and do RFC debugging. Should be experienced in ABAP programming which includes Reports, Function modules, BAPI's RFC/BAPI programming, ALE IDOCs. 3. Should have worked on ABAP Objects and BSP programming using Model View controller architecture.
