Rate: $40/hr C2C Date resource is required: 03/01/2010 Anticipated end date: 06/30/2010 Location: Chandler, AZ Position Description: Experience Level: 4 yr degree plus 7-10 yrs "Required: Aspect System Management Suite o Creating Aspect Call Control Tables o Creating Agent Extensions, Class of Service, Reason Code Tables, Admin Scripts, Security profiles o Creating schedules, procedures, speed dial tables o Multiple select primary agent group(s) or super group(s). o Routing to multiple call centers using network interqueue and knowledge in the Aspect IP Broker product. o Creating ANI/DNIS tables for state based routing including Dynamic route tables o Creating and using Aspect variables for routing decisions including Conditional Select Statements for variables. o Knowledge in the Aspect database tables for troubleshooting routing rules. This requires in depth knowledge of writing SQL queries. o Installing and maintaining Uniphi Connect configurations for remote agent staff. . Aspect Hardware o Creating/Modifying T-1 configurations including NFAS/FAS Card Groups o PRI, ESF/B8ZS T-1 configurations o Creating Remote Application Links for NIQ o Creating Teleset Instruments for Adds/Moves/Changes o Creating interfaces to 3rd party applications using the Aspect Data Interlinks. (Verint, ICM, Genesys and EWFM) o Aspect Contact Server - Installing/Configuring Links for interfaces - Aspect, Genesys o Aspect Info Adapter - Installing and assisting with reporting feeds for IEX. o Aspect Real Time Server - Installing the Aspect Real Time Server software. Preferred: Verizon Business Toll Free Network Manager . Traffic Studies for sizing required trunk groups . Knowledge of Convergys/Intervoice IVR interactions . Aspect Producer for creating and modifying Aspect Director Canvases . Aspect Contact Server eArchitect . Aspect Command & Control . Knowledge of Cisco ICM " Resource will be dedicated to the Banker and Technology Connection/IST Menu 9000 Project through it's completion at the end of June 2010 under the work direction of Chuck Langston, Technical Lead in CCT-Telephony. This resource is replacing an internal IST resource who is leaving the area and will be 100% incrementally funded by Project M6899. Resource will primarily be doing Aspect/ICM scripting, coordinating with DFS for telephone installs for the legacy Wachovia teams, and updating project task plans.
